CAB Environmental has multiple tradespeople that have a vast knowledge throughout their areas of expertise continuously wanting to learn and further their knowledge in the electrical trade. We pride ourselves in being able to adapt and learn when found in unfamiliar situations.
Sales and Install Service
CAB Environmental has years of experience in sales and installations. We ensure our customers are informed and educated in the correct use and duty of unit they may require. We always recommend installation by ourselves to confirm and monitor correct operation, be it a simple pump replacement or a motor control installation.
Pump Station Surveys
At CAB Environmental we pride ourselves on our expert knowledge of pump stations and have an experienced eye for detail when identifying problems and hazards, which we can quickly give solutions to in a detailed survey report.
Trouble Shooting
Trouble shooting has always been a large part of our business as there are many problems which can occur when dealing with water and wastewater electrical controls and pumping systems. From physical blockages to electrical fault finding, pipework restrictions and pump deterioration (mechanical wear) our trades people have the knowledge to identify, report and or rectify all of the problems above and more. With expertise in our trade we are quick to recognise any issues, and rectify this quickly and efficiently.
Pump Breakdown and Repairs
We are fortunate enough to have a professional space and specific equipment available to service pumps, we are able to remove, clean, strip down, assess, identify, remove worn/broken components, replace, rebuild and test. All of our trades people are skilled in this area and are even able to perform certain elements of this maintenance whilst on site.
Mechanical Installs
At CAB Environmental we extend to installing all of our own mechanical installation including but not limited to fitting of new and/or modifying stainless steel pipework, concrete lined steel pipework, cast iron pipework, ductile iron pipework, ABS pressure pipework and PVC pressure pipework. We are well practiced in the identification of isolation and non return valves along with removal and new installation. We design and install a wide range of mounting brackets including wastewater macerators mounting brackets, pipework braces, valve braces and wet well safety frames and lids.
